0:01 Hi, this is Noel with Mosio quickly going over the what the how and the where of red cap direct So Mosio has been helping researchers integrate with red cap for about seven years Recently we’ve launched a service called red cap direct, which is a simpler version of our integration services that allows
0:20 you to either send red cap links or invitations via text message or SMS surveys. They are also called conversations inside of red cap So what we’ve built here is a self-service text messaging integration for researchers using red cap That’s very very simple.
0:36 You don’t need proposals. You don’t need quotes and you can get started right now You can get started today. So there’s three different ways that we’re currently working with clients.
0:46 One is what we’re calling ready to go. So that’s on the website now. If you have MOSIO enabled inside of red cap and your red cap admins have said, okay, it’s okay to use MOSIO.
0:56 You can go on the site right now and you can order it. You can also get an instant quote. So if you need to get a budget approved.

1:10 The second is what we call an RCD license, a research center direct license. What that is, is it when organizations need a more formal agreement with MOSIO.
1:19 Those are typically at the, the organizational level, the IT departments, heads of, heads of research. Or the RedCap admins. If you need a BAA, Master Services Agreement, IT and Security Reviews, there’s a whole host of things that you get with the RCD license.
1:38 And what we do is when we have the RCD license in place, we get everything so that MOSIO checks all the boxes and then your researchers can then go order RedCap direct knowing that MOSIO is approved at your organization.
1:49 KELOLAND news. And the third, the reason I have it in italics, I won’t go into too much detail. There are separate videos for each of these functions, but that’s what we’ve been doing for about seven years.
1:59 Custom integration solutions. They’re project by project. It gets more complex. And in fact, the RedCap direct functions that MOSIO has right now really are about 5-10% of MOSIO’s capabilities.
2:11 The early feedback we’re getting is that organizations are interested in walking before they run, and so RedCap Direct is doing what they need.
2:19 But suffice it to say, when your organization or your use cases are ready to grow with text messaging, especially if it’s in two-way or automated messaging, we’re here for you.
2:28 So where this is going. Right now we’re in phase one. You are able to get a RedCap Direct account to send survey links and conversations.
2:35 Phase two, which is coming very, very soon. So most of our clients, most of our research clients that are using, are not using RedCap, they’re using MOSIO plans.
2:44 So we are combining the two in a new version of plans that will allow you to have two-way texting, message automation through a function we call Storylines, Appoint Reminders, text-based interventions, etc., etc.
2:55 And you’ll also get MOSIO API keys for your RedCap. And then phase three is our biggest goal here. That’s what we’re doing next.
3:04 Our goal is to enable RedCap admins and researchers to build more integrated text messaging solutions. In fact, the biggest goal that we have is to enable you to create all the text messaging solutions that we currently provide in our custom integration solutions on your own.
3:20 So what that means is it’ll be self-service. There’s lower cost to you. You can do multiple projects instead of a project-by-project situation.
3:28 You can have programming autonomy, and you have texting for all study types and sizes. Clients for a while now have been telling us, we love MOSIO, we want to use it for all of our projects, and these new plans that we’re pushing out very, very soon, within the next 30 to 45 days, are going to allow
