It was the intersection of meadow lea and first street. Which is the six hundred block of meadow lea. If i follow first street north i should run into an

You should probably see a doctor about it. A cold compress on it for a short time won't hurt it, as most likely it is just like a bruise you would get elsewhere on your body.

Depending on size and depth, it could have done more damage than you think. In cases with sensitive and important body parts, its always a safe bet to see a doctor.

I used to get those fairly often when I wore contacts. Had Lasik done, got rid of the contacts, and no more blood spots.
