IIRC, that's a federal law, intended to prevent employers from denying basic human rights to employees. It's become a shitty law, due to the increasing difference between minimum and living wages.

all employees 18 and over must receive a meal break of 30 minutes if they have worked six hours or more. This must be an uninterrupted time period during which the worker is relieved of all of his or her duties, & it may b an unpaid break.

also states that if the shift is b/w six and seven hours in length, the meal break must be between the second and fifth hour worked. If the shift is over seven hours long, the meal break should fall between the third and sixth hour worked.

Try http://www.urineoff.com/ they make a product specially designed to remove urine. Also try something called Nature' Miracle Spray and and scrub and let it sit for a couple days. Also try steam cleaning .

When letting a cake cool after taking it out of the oven, is it better to leave it in the pan or put it on a rack? Join or Log In to answer.
I normally leave it on the pan.

Cakes are fragile when they're removed from the oven, so leave them in the pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool. (Don't leave it any longer or it will sweat and the crust will go soggy.)
